Food supplement based on 4 magnesium salts (magnesium oxide, magnesium carbonate, magnesium bisglycinate and magnesium citrate), vitamins B2, B6, and D.
Magnesium, together with vitamin B2 (riboflavin) and vitamin B6, helps reduce fatigue and tiredness and maintain normal nervous system function and energy metabolism. In addition, magnesium contributes to normal psychological and muscle function and helps maintain normal bones and teeth. Vitamin D helps maintain normal immune system function.
The unique formula of MATT Crono Magnesio with 4 sources of magnesium has a dual action: fast and slow (retard), which provides rapid release within 15 minutes and long-lasting action for up to 8 hours after consumption.
